Do Not Call Policy

Do Not Call Policy

Last Updated: December 30, 2025

Leads.net respects your privacy and your preference not to receive telephone solicitations. This Do Not Call Policy explains how you can manage your communication preferences and how we honor opt-out requests consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.

Applicability

This policy applies to outbound marketing or informational calls and text messages made by or on behalf of Leads.net, including calls and texts to wireless numbers. It covers contacts made using manual dialing and, where applicable, automated technology. This policy does not create third-party beneficiary rights.

How to Opt Out of Calls or Texts

You may request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list using any of the methods below:

  • By Phone: Tell the caller you wish to be placed on Leads.net’s internal Do Not Call list.

  • By Text: Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out of further texts from that sending number.

  • By Email: Send your full name and the phone number(s) to info@leads.net with the subject line Do Not Call Request.

  • By Mail: Leads.net Attn: Do Not Call 26565 Agoura Rd., Suite 200 Calabasas, CA 91302

Please include all numbers you want suppressed. We will record your request and add your number(s) to our internal Do Not Call list. Most requests are processed within a reasonable time, and in no event later than 30 days.

Internal Do Not Call List

Leads.net maintains an internal Do Not Call list and suppresses those numbers from marketing campaigns. Your request will remain in effect for at least five years, or longer where required by law, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

Verification and Matching

We may ask for limited information to verify and correctly match your request to the right record, such as your name, email, and the phone number(s) to be suppressed. We use this information only to process your request.

National and State Do Not Call Registries

If your number is on a national or state Do Not Call registry, we will not call that number for marketing purposes unless an exception applies, such as an established business relationship or your prior express consent. You can also register your number at donotcall.gov.

Exemptions That May Still Permit Contact

Even if you are on a Do Not Call list, we may still contact you under the following exemptions:

  • You provided prior express consent to be contacted at the number used.

  • We have an established business relationship with you, as defined by applicable law.

  • Calls that are informational, non-marketing, or to service or verify an existing inquiry or transaction.

  • Emergency purposes or other exemptions permitted by law.

Calling Hours and Identification

Leads.net observes applicable calling hour limits and identification rules. Our callers will provide a name, the purpose of the call, and a callback method where feasible. We strive to place marketing calls only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. local time of the called party, unless otherwise allowed by applicable law.

Training and Monitoring

Personnel and vendors who place calls on our behalf receive training on this policy and applicable telemarketing rules. We monitor compliance and take corrective action where appropriate.

Third-Party Vendors and Data Partners

Leads.net may work with service providers and data partners. Vendors acting on our behalf must honor our Do Not Call requirements. If you receive a call from a third party not acting for Leads.net, please contact that third party directly to manage your preferences.

Complaints or Questions

If you believe you have received a marketing call or text from Leads.net after submitting a Do Not Call request, please contact us with the date and time of the call, your number, and any caller ID details so we can investigate.
