LEADS.NET DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADS.NET, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LEADS.NET EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leads.net, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and General Provisions will survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
